Myself and my partner, Declan, are expats living in Utrecht. We are both from Dublin, Ireland, and are 29 and 33 years old. We are starting a new life in the Netherlands and are looking for permanent housing. We are both working professionals and we have also saved up at least 6 months worth of rent in preparation for the move. We are very aware that there is a high demand for housing currently and are more than happy to provide a deposit straight away to secure our contract. We have lived in various apartments/house shares over the years and can provide job/landlord references upon request.
